Phish might be my current favorite band. I have seen them 3 times - 2 with my daughter Moxxie. They are considered a jam band. What that means is they start a song - and then go off on a tangent and play whatever they want to play and them come back and finish the song. It is both good and bad, but I really like their albums. Their live show is mainly for people to get drunk and stoned. I didn't do any of these things with my daughter. I am better Dad than that.

My favorite album is - "It's a live one". There music on this album is impeccable. My favorite song is their last - called "A squirming coil". It ends with a piano solo. I can't believe how beautiful it is.

If you like the Grateful Dead then you pretty much will like Phish. I only wish the GD were still around. I heard they also put on a great show. Enjoy people.
