This movie came out a long time ago. I believe it was around 1998. I starred Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Laurence Fishburne. It was written and directed by the Wachowski brothers. Originally the movie was a comic book, but they maid it into a movie instead.

The Matrix is a dream world robots have created to make humans into batteries. In the start of the movie Neo - (Keanu) is plugged into the Matrix. Morpheus (Fishburne) gets him out. Morpheus believes Neo is the one. The one that will stop the war with the robots. 

I would say this is not a good movie, but a great one. The special effect people use a 3D method of shooting Neo that was ground breaking at the time. It was copied and spoofed by many movies around this time.

If you like science fiction with a good story - this movie is for you. I would highly recommend it. Watch it and let me know what you think.
